Daily Census Data Table
For each day in the selected range, the table shows census counts broken down by:
- Product Type columns (examples): AL (Primary, Secondary, Total), IL (Primary, Secondary, Total), MC (Primary, Secondary, Total), MC-Medicaid (Primary, Secondary, Total).
- Summary columns: Primary Total, Secondary Total, Total (Combined).
The table includes a Grand Total row at the top and one row per day in the date range.
Where does the data originate?
- Product Types are configured in Company Settings. Product Types are then assigned to individual residents in the Basic Information section of their profile. For configuration assistance, contact your Account Manager.
- Primary and Secondary counts are based on the Occupant Type selected upon move-in. This can be reviewed and edited in the Move-In & Community Information section of the resident profile.
How to Use This Dashboard
- Pull historical census data. Use the From Date / To Date filters to extract census counts for any historical period.
- Compare across product types. Side-by-side product type columns make day-over-day shifts in census composition visible.
- Export for reporting. This dashboard is particularly useful as a source for board reports, budget reviews, and external reporting.
