It combines current resident totals, move-in trends, move-out trends, and leave activity into a single dashboard, making it a primary destination for sales, occupancy, and operations teams tracking portfolio movement.

How to Use This Dashboard
- Get a portfolio snapshot. The Current Residents section provides at-a-glance totals across the entire organization.
- Investigate move-in sources. Move-Ins: Sources helps sales and marketing teams understand which channels are generating new residents.
- Spot move-out trends. Move-Outs: Reasons and Destinations surfaces patterns (e.g., a spike in hospitalizations or transfers) that may warrant follow-up.
- Monitor leave activity. The Leaves section is useful for tracking hospitalizations and other absences that affect daily census.
- Use the detail tables. Each section's resident-level table can be used as a working list for follow-up or reporting.
- Drill down. Click on any chart, KPI, or table row to see the underlying records.
