ALIS HQ transforms the daily data entered by your care and billing teams into high-level, interactive insights. Through dashboards composed of graphs, tables, and KPIs, it provides a clear picture of your community operations at a glance, with the flexibility to view performance at the portfolio, region, or single-community level.
About ALIS HQ
ALIS HQ aggregates the data your teams already enter into ALIS (assessments, care charting, incidents, vitals, prospects, billing, and more) and surfaces it as interactive dashboards.
Rather than reviewing individual resident profiles or running standalone reports, ALIS HQ lets you see trends and distributions across your entire organization in one place.
Flexible Views
Dashboards can be viewed at the portfolio, state, region, or community level, supporting both executive-level oversight and community-level operations from the same set of reports.
Role-Based Security
ALIS HQ uses role-based access similar to ALIS, so visibility can be configured by dashboard and by community.
Powered by Domo
ALIS HQ is powered by Domo, which enables ALIS data to be combined with data from integration partners into a single, holistic reporting layer. This makes ALIS HQ a strong fit for organizations that need executive-ready reporting that spans multiple data sources.
ALIS HQ is designed to help you:
- Visualize trends - See the distribution of resident care levels, product types, and other key metrics across your communities.
- Improve efficiency - Calculate staff time spent on care and identify productivity gaps.
- Manage risk - Review incident history to identify future risks and mitigate liability.
- Ensure compliance - Proactively identify deficiencies, such as expired assessments or incomplete reports, before your next survey.
- Monitor health - Quickly flag abnormal vitals or medications inactivity across the organization.
- Track occupancy and movement - Monitor census, move-ins, move-outs, leaves, and forecasted changes across your portfolio.
Who benefits most? ALIS HQ is particularly valuable for corporate-level administrators, clinical leadership, billing teams, sales and occupancy leaders, and anyone responsible for performance across multiple communities. Individual community staff can also benefit from the single-community views.
How ALIS HQ Works
ALIS HQ pulls directly from the data your teams enter into ALIS. There is no separate data entry required, though some dashboards may require configuration for certain data to populate.
Dashboards refresh on a daily cadence. Some dashboards refresh more frequently than others; the specific cadence varies by dashboard.
ALIS HQ reflects ALIS data but does not replace ALIS functionality. To correct or update what appears in a dashboard, the underlying record must be updated in ALIS itself.

Default Dashboards
The following dashboards are enabled automatically for all ALIS HQ customers. They are organized into four categories based on the operational area they support.
Occupancy/Census
Census, Move-In, Move-Out & Leave Dashboard A four-section view of resident movement and length of stay, covering Current Residents (totals, demographics, average care level rates), Move-In Trends (sources, communities, recent move-ins), Move-Out Trends (reasons, destinations, recent move-outs), and Leaves (counts by product type, reason, and destination, plus a detailed leaves table). Product-type filtering dynamically refilters the entire dashboard.
Census by Product Type, Region and Ownership Daily census counts broken down by product type, region, and ownership, displayed as a date-by-date table for trending and historical review.
Current and Past Residents by Status Portfolio overview of resident counts by status (Applicant, Resident, Moved Out, Rejected Applicant), with a per-community breakdown table.
Doorknob Occupancy and Move-In/Move-Out Forecast Snapshot view of unit occupancy by community and service line, plus a 30-day financial move-in and move-out forecast.
Doorknob Occupancy by Month Monthly portfolio analysis of occupancy metrics and doorknob counts. Aggregates KPIs like Average Daily Occupancy, net movement, and budget comparisons into a time-series view, with drill-down to room category level.
Hospital & SNF Leaves Current counts of residents in the hospital, at home, or in SNF/rehab, with average days on leave and detailed last-90-days leave records.
Monthly Occupancy Comprehensive monthly occupancy view combining Financial Move-Ins/Outs and resident census, with toggles between doorknob and bed metrics and between high-level and community-level breakdowns.
Resident Care

Care Charting Scheduled care items by shift, staff distribution by shift, care time by product type, recorded vs. unrecorded care KPIs, unrecorded care trends over time, residents cared for by staff member, and actual vs. estimated care time by staff.

Outbreak Risk – Company Cross-community view of the same abnormal-vitals indicators (fevers, low oxygen, abnormal respiration), with detailed vital records tables identifying affected residents, communities, rooms, and recording staff.
Risk Management Dashboard Consolidated risk view organized into three sections: Critical Risk (incident reports filed, critical observations, incomplete incident reports, late med passes), Risk Prevention (assessments past due or coming due, care plan updates triggered by change of condition), and Resident Care Risk (injections, behaviors monitoring, residents requiring two-person assist, residents with completed evaluations but no active care plans).
