The Current and Past Residents by Status dashboard provides a portfolio-wide overview of resident counts grouped by status. It surfaces how many residents are currently active, in the applicant pipeline, recently moved out, or rejected, helping sales, operations, and clinical teams understand the state of the portfolio at a glance.

Portfolio Overview - Resident Count by Status
A bar chart showing resident counts grouped by status:
- Applicant
- Moved Out
- Rejected Applicant
- Resident
Each status is color-coded for visual scanning.
Resident Count by Status (per Community Table)
A detailed table showing counts per community across the same four status categories, with a Grand Total row.
Where does the data originate?
- Each status (Applicant, Moved Out, Rejected Applicant, Resident Count, and Transferred Out) is based on where the profile is in the ALIS resident lifecycle. Navigate to the All Residents page and specific profiles to verify if needed.
- Applicant Count is based on the amount of applicants in the Applicant stage/tab.
- Rejected Applicant comes from clicking Reject on an Applicant profile.
- Moved Out and Transferred Out are based on the Initiate Transfer and Move Out workflows and cab be reviewed in the Moved Out tab.
- Resident Count refers to your current census and can be reviewed in the Current Residents tab.
How to Use This Dashboard
- Gauge portfolio health. A high Applicant count relative to Resident count can indicate a healthy pipeline; high Moved Out counts may warrant investigation.
- Compare communities. The per-community table makes it easy to identify which communities have the largest pipelines or the most recent move-outs.
- Track rejected applicants. Rejected Applicant counts can support sales process review and identifying potential gaps in qualification criteria.
- Drill down. Click on a chart segment or table row to see the underlying resident records.
