Observation Center Recorded By Dropdown Loads Reliably: Resolved an issue where the Observations tab could fail to open at communities with large staff lists due to the Recorded By dropdown rebuilding on every page load. The list now loads once per session and is reused. Note: newly added employees may take up to five minutes to appear in the dropdown.
Impact Review No Longer Suggests Duplicate Charges on Backward-Billed Items: Resolved an issue where ending or changing a backward-billed recurring service could prompt Impact Review to suggest a charge for a month already invoiced. Impact Review now correctly accounts for prior month coverage.
Barcode Scans That Match Multiple Residents Now Require Staff Confirmation: Resolved an issue where a pharmacy label matching more than one resident would silently check in against one of them, risking a medication attributed to the wrong resident. Scans now use label initials to narrow the match, and staff are prompted to confirm when multiple residents still match.
