• Consistent global search on standard navigation – A recent search upgrade applied fuzzy (approximate) matching to the global search bar on standard navigation, which made results inconsistent and sometimes irrelevant. The standard-navigation search bar is reverted to exact matching, restoring the reliable behavior communities had before the upgrade. Companies on the Enhanced Navigation experience keep the newer fuzzy search.

• Document Center "New" tab shows all documents waiting to be filed  – The "to be filed" count included every pending document, but the New tab's list defaulted to only those received in the last 30 days. A community whose unfiled documents were all older than 30 days saw a non-zero count over an empty list, so the documents looked lost. The New tab now lists all pending documents by default and matches the count; the received-date range becomes an optional filter for narrowing the list.

• Community contact "Contact Type" no longer reverts completing a resident form – A community contact whose Contact Type was deliberately set (for example, Physician) could silently revert to a default type (such as Medical Practitioner) when a compliance or evaluation form was completed for an associated resident. ALIS now preserves an existing contact type and changes it only when a form explicitly provides a new one, so deliberately-set types stick.

• Options menu restored on partially transferred payments and credits – After part of a payment or credit was transferred from one resident to another, the source record lost its Options (gear) menu, so staff could not transfer or edit the remaining balance. A prior change had hidden the menu whenever any transfer existed. The Options menu now stays available on partially transferred payments and credits so the remainder can be transferred or edited, and is hidden only once a record has been fully transferred away. Security deposits are unchanged.
