A Note on Feature RequestsALIS welcomes product feedback and enhancement requests from clients, and we capture them through several channels. Please note: A conversation with an ALIS team member does not mean that a request has been accepted for development or added to our product roadmap. When an enhancement is selected for formal review, a JIRA ticket is created. Until an ALIS representative can provide a JIRA ticket number with an "In Progress" status, please do not assume a request has entered our formal product process. ![]() AI Insights for Prospects and ResidentsAI Insights is now generally available. Staff refusals save as Community Notes. ![]() Custom Resident Tags in the Resident Roster ExportAs of our October 14 release, the Resident Roster Excel export includes a Resident Tags column (the last column, BB) listing each resident’s custom tags, so the export now captures the tags already shown on the on-screen report. The scale type used now appears in medication report exports, on MAR PDFs, and is visible when editing an administration record. ![]() Previous and Next Buttons on Pass MedsAs of our October 7 release, Previous and Next buttons on Pass Meds move staff between residents in alphabetical order while keeping filters like Med Cart. Turn it on in Settings → Medication Settings → Drug Count. ![]() New Arm Circumference Vital TypeAs of our October 14 release, Arm Circumference (MUAC) is a new vital type, recorded in centimeters. If a resident already has a room and a room change is scheduled, the upcoming room shows below their current assignment. ![]() Hide Occupancy Reports Shown in Native ReportingAs of our October 14 release, companies can hide occupancy and census reports in Occupancy Settings → Reports Settings, so everyone works from the same numbers. Hidden reports are removed from the Reports page, navigation, and search. Hiding a report does not change how any other report calculates.
