26.9.4.0
- Observation Center Recorded By Dropdown Loads Reliably: Resolved an issue where the Observations tab could fail to open at communities with large staff lists due to the Recorded By dropdown rebuilding on every page load. The list now loads once per session and is reused. Note: newly added employees may take up to five minutes to appear in the dropdown.
- Impact Review No Longer Suggests Duplicate Charges on Backward-Billed Items: Resolved an issue where ending or changing a backward-billed recurring service could prompt Impact Review to suggest a charge for a month already invoiced. Impact Review now correctly accounts for prior month coverage.
- Barcode Scans That Match Multiple Residents Now Require Staff Confirmation: Resolved an issue where a pharmacy label matching more than one resident would silently check in against one of them, risking a medication attributed to the wrong resident. Scans now use label initials to narrow the match, and staff are prompted to confirm when multiple residents still match.
26.9.5.0
Full drug unit list restored on manual orders: A recent hotfix hid common units like TABS, CAPS, and PATCH from the Unit of Measurement dropdown on new manual orders. New orders now show the full list again, minus any units a community has turned off in Medication Settings.
Account Balances detail report no longer errors on busy accounts: Opening the detail report for a high-activity GL account could replace the tab with a generic error when the query ran too long. It now loads reliably, with a clear message to narrow the date range or filters if a request does run long.
Bulk immunization recording saves reliably: Bulk recording in the Immunization Center could report success while saving nothing for some residents and skip the selected observation note. Observations now save for every resident, blank dates and empty selections are flagged before saving, and transferring or readmitting a resident no longer duplicates dose records.
Bulk Record selection carries over from the All Vaccines tab: Starting Bulk Record or Bulk Schedule from the All Vaccines tab opened with nobody selected and could save before dose details were entered. The selection now carries into the panel, and choosing an Observation Type fills in its default "Keep Active For" duration.
Immunization dates save on the correct day: Dates on a resident or staff immunization record were saved one day early, shifting back further with each save. Dates now save and display exactly as picked, and a dose can no longer be recorded with a future date.
E-signature signer lookup includes all eligible staff: When sending a compliance document for e-signature, the staff lookup left out staff who work at the community but are based elsewhere or hold company-wide access. The lookup now includes them, while still excluding discharged staff and those with no email on file.
UAI form mapping corrected for Walking and Stairclimbing: An answer option that doesn't exist on the UAI form was removed from eight Mobility and Ambulation questions so ALIS answers match the form one to one. The correction applies when Client Services updates the community's evaluation tool from the source template.
Room assignments readable as soon as they're announced: A partner calling the room assignments endpoint right after the room-assigned webhook could be told the resident had no room, sometimes for several days, because it read from a delayed copy. It now reads live data and returns true UTC dates.
Duplicate GL Integration records prevented: Clicking Enable twice during GL Integration setup could create a hidden duplicate record, causing the GL Period Overview to list months twice and doubling occupancy and ADO figures in ALIS HQ. ALIS now allows only one record per community and blocks a second attempt. The fix applies automatically.
Vaccination consent form observations save correctly: Observation details on the vaccination consent form and Record pane were discarded on save with no warning, and "Forever" observations expired immediately. These now save for both residents and staff, "Forever" observations stay active, and changing the Observation Type no longer saves the form early.
