26.3.2.0
Historical Census Report: Inaccurate 'Leave' data – Fixed an issue where the Historical Census Report was not correctly reflecting resident leave information between the Summary and Report tabs, so leave details now display accurately based on actual resident activity.
End of Rent/Care columns in Rent Roll – Resolved a problem where the End of Rent and End of Care columns were not populating or calculating correctly. These columns now show the correct end dates and amounts for billing.
Missing Room information for 'Moved Out' residents in Rent Roll – Addressed a case where moved-out residents were missing room information on the Rent Roll; the underlying issue has been corrected so room details now appear consistently for moved-out residents.
iStream ACH Payment failed with "account not found" error – Fixed an issue where savings accounts to not be correctly created in iStream which caused some ACH payments to fail with an “account not found” error. When the payment type on an iStream account is updated in ALIS, it is now also updated in iStream. Additionally, iStream account creation, updates, and payment API payloads are now logged in the App Store activity log for improved troubleshooting.
- ALIS Pay Report: Export to Excel Error – Corrected an error that occurred when exporting the ALIS Pay Report to Excel. Users can now download the report file without errors.
- Login Timeout while refreshing ALIS pages – Fixed a timeout issue that sometimes logged users out when they refreshed ALIS pages, so normal page refreshes now work without unexpectedly ending the session.
26.3.3.0
- Resident and Staff Immunizations imports incorrectly identified duplicates – Fixed an issue where the Resident Immunizations and Staff Immunizations importers were flagging records as duplicates based on overlapping vaccine details alone, even when no Vaccine Record ID was provided.
- SSO PINs repeated logouts and workflow issues – Fixed an issue where SSO users experienced freuqent logouts and PINs unaccepted during workflows. The login flow now preserves active credentials and carries PINs forward on password changes/resets, so SSO/SCIM users can reliably keep and use their set PINs across logins.
- Duplicate Med Pass due to time zone change – Fixed an issue where a time zone change could cause duplicate med pass to be created for the same administration window. Time zone handling has been corrected so a single accurate med pass is recorded per scheduled time, even across time changes.
- Tax Statements - Unable to email selected residents – Fixed an issue where the “Email Selected” option on the Tax Statements report was disabled for residents listed on the second (and later) pages of the report. The selection and action logic now works across all pages, so users can email individual tax statements regardless of which page the resident appears on.
- Duplicate Gateway Payment Records – Fixed an issue where a single gateway transaction could result in duplicate payment records being created in ALIS. The payment creation logic now properly de-duplicates by gateway transaction, so each processed payment only generates one record.
- Discounts populating to "Revenue" when no GL is entered for the item – Fixed an issue where discounts without a specified GL account were incorrectly posting to the “Revenue” GL by default. The posting logic now prevents discounts from flowing into revenue when no GL is mapped, so financial reports more accurately reflect income vs. discounts.
26.3.4.0
- Direct upload to Inbound Documents blocks uploads if community uses whitelisting – Direct uploads to Inbound Docs failed with an “Invalid Sender” error for communities using whitelisting, because the community’s own inbox address was not treated as an allowed sender. The direct upload flow now bypasses that whitelist conflict so uploads succeed whether or not Inbound Docs whitelisting is enabled.
- Billing Item unable to be excluded from Proration – Certain billing items could not be successfully flagged as excluded from proration, causing charges to be spread across periods even when communities intended a flat amount. The proration logic has been corrected so marked items reliably bypass proration and bill as expected.
26.4.1.0
- Staff Profile Associated Residents Error – Fixed an issue where the “Associated Residents” section on staff profiles could intermittently show an error instead of loading. Staff can now reliably view and manage associated residents without interruption.
- "Auto-Mapped" Pharmacy orders incorrectly show staff names in audit – Corrected the audit history so “Order auto-mapped” entries no longer look as though they were done by a specific staff member.
- Historical Census Summary mismatch – Fixed a problem where the Historical Census Summary totals did not match related census and occupancy reports. Daily census counts are now consistent across reports, reducing confusion when reviewing occupancy.
- Liberally scheduled medication administrations for overnight shifts appearing the next day on the MAR – Liberally scheduled medication administrations recorded before midnight on overnight shifts (e.g., Hour of Sleep) were appearing on the following day in both the MAR Editor and Filled MAR PDF. Liberally scheduled order administrations now display on the day the shift started. The "Scheduled" display in the Create, Edit, and Record History panes also reflects the correct date.
