Residents/eHR
Character limits increase for Monitoring Summaries
Resident Monitoring has been updated to support more thorough written summaries and to comply with some states' requirements.
When adding or editing resident Monitoring, clinical teams can now add up to 2000 characters in the Reason Summary and Intervention Summary text fields.
In Resident Monitoring, clinical teams can see up to 250 characters in these fields. If either field contains more than 250 characters, a +Show More button can be used to expand and view the full text.

Clinical/eMAR
Pain Scale enhancements
Clinical teams now have additional visual tools when checking pain levels during medication administration.
The Select Pain Level button provides a range of faces to choose from that correspond to levels of pain 0-10.
The Calculate with PAINAD option displays the calculation once all selections have been made and before submitting the result.
Regardless of the method used for pain level entry, the Pain Level field in the Pass Meds or Administer PRNs page will automatically populate with the selected result.

Revenue Management
Excel file format option for GL Exports
To accommodate more precise formatting needs, billing teams now can choose the file format they want to use when exporting GL transactions.
The options now include downloading an Excel file in addition to the current CSV file format. When you download as an Excel file, the column data is preserved as-is rather than being auto-converted to a different format.
Updated language for amounts breakdown on Invoices
Invoice language has been refined to reduce payers' confusion when interpreting the "due as of" date.
In the amounts breakdown section of invoices, we removed the “Amount Due as of [d/m/yyyy]” and replaced it with “Total Balance Due” next to the total field.
Note that this date may or may not correlate to the Invoice Date. The language change will take effect for any generated invoices and is something to be aware of as you prepare for this month's billing.

Additional payer types in Collections
The Collections Center now supports payer types other than Private Pay, such as Medicaid and other insurances.
The main Collections page defaults to “All” payer types, however you can use the Payer Type and Product Type filters to view only aging balances based on these selections.
In all Resident Collection Details pages, all outstanding invoices appear with labels indicating the payer type for each invoice.
In the below Actions section of this page, new filters assist with easily locating the specific actions taken. Collection Action types can also now be customized in your Company Settings.
The Collections Center is behind an entitlement and requires the ALIS team to enable.
Contact your Account Manager for assistance.
CRM
Reporting Labels for Prospect Sources
Streamline company CRM data and improve reporting accuracy with the new ability to assign standardized Reporting Labels to Prospect Sources.
When creating or editing a new Prospect Source in Prospect Settings, a required Reporting Label dropdown menu appears with ALIS-generated options to select.

Miscellaneous Enhancements
Enhanced Company password settings
To improve security across ALIS, you are now able further customize password requirements to align with SOC 2 and PCI compliance best practices. This settings update promotes better data protection and audit readiness for all clients.
In Company Settings, choose the minimum required character length and the minimum unique passwords required before reusing a previous one. These settings apply when creating or editing any staff passwords within your company.
All users will receive stronger password validation prompts when logging in and resetting passwords.
Refined search engine results for the ALIS login page
We now prevent our customer portals from being indexed and appearing in search search engine results for client confidentiality and to assist all users with finding their company login page more seamlessly.
When you search for “ALIS login” in any search engine, such as Google, the results only show the https://www.go-alis.com/login-to-alis/ page on our website rather than showing any customer-specific domain login pages.

App Store/Integrations

- Foresite + ALIS delivers next-generation predictive care by combining AI-driven alerts from Foresite gait analysis (walking speed and stride), vital signs, and sleep quality, alongside key resident data from ALIS such as diagnoses, medications, and clinical notes.
- This powerful integration enhances the relevance and context of each Foresite predictive alert: empowering staff with a clearer understanding of potential causes behind fall risk, acute illness, or functional decline.
- Foresite Nurses provide PLUS Reports, combining Foresite predictive alerts with ALIS data into actionable summaries. These reports serve as a clinical decision support system, helping staff prioritize care and identify early signs of risk.

- Cubigo is the all-in-one platform that redefines operations, engagement, and hospitality for senior living communities. Designed with empathy and innovation at its core, Cubigo enables operators to simplify daily management, foster meaningful connections, and deliver exceptional experiences. Our platform brings together smart, integrated tools that improve efficiency, reduce workload, and empower staff, allowing them to focus on what matters most: providing outstanding care.
- With customizable modules covering key areas like activities, dining, maintenance, visitor management, and communication, Cubigo makes it easy to manage daily tasks and connect residents, families, prospects, and staff in meaningful ways.
- The ALIS–Cubigo integration automatically creates, updates, and archives resident profiles the moment an ADT (Admission, Discharge, Transfer) event happens in ALIS with no duplicate data entry, no mismatched records.
