View the below list for bug fixes included in our 9.6.5 Release on Monday, July 14th, 2025.
- Site navigation search bar visible on mobile – Fixed a mobile display issue where the site search bar results were hidden or inaccessible. Search is now usable on all screen sizes and devices.
- Activity Log for Prospects – Resolved an issue where the Activity Log would fail to load for some prospects due to missing required fields in imported tasks. The system now gracefully handles incomplete data from integrations, allowing the Activity Log to display correctly even when some task fields are blank.
- Override evaluation points in the Service Plan requires permission – Resolved a permissions issue that allowed staff without the override role to edit care points in the service plan. Only users with the proper permission can now make these changes.
- ALIS Pay NSF GL transactions format – Resolved a formatting issue in the GL export where NSF payment descriptions containing commas caused data to shift into incorrect columns. The export logic now properly escapes special characters, ensuring that descriptions with commas (or similar characters) remain within a single column.
- Insurance Expire Notification – Fixed a backend issue that was preventing insurance expiration alerts from being delivered due to a missing daemon registration. Users will now correctly receive notifications 0, 30, and 60 days before a resident’s insurance expires, and related system errors have been resolved.
- Create New Prospect / Move In Custom Fields – Resolved an issue where users were blocked from creating new prospects if custom “Room & Move-In Details” fields were enabled, regardless of whether the fields were required or optional. The system now properly supports the use of these custom fields, allowing prospects to be created and saved as expected.
- Answering an RET Question with Compliance Items – Fixed a logic issue where answering an RET question triggered the display of all compliance items, even when the resident's product type did not match the product type tied to the advanced rule. The system now correctly reveals only the applicable compliance item when the resident meets the rule conditions.
- "Txn" link for Cardpointe payments connected to individual payment – Removed broken Cardpointe links in the payment history view. Transaction details now display within ALIS without linking out to an error page.
- Create Resident Observation EP populating 'author' in the Author field – Fixed an issue where the “By” field on Resident Observations created through the API was incorrectly showing a user ID instead of the submitted author name. Observations created via integration will now display the correct author label (e.g., “Amba Auto-generated”) in the Observation Center.
- Vitals Recorded Webhook Firing for CCN posting Resident Vital Records via ALIS API – Fixed an issue that prevented the Vitals Recorded webhook from firing when vitals were posted via the API. Integrations like CCN now receive the expected webhook events.
- Medications and Care Dashboard icons for clinical security roles – Resolved an issue where Medications and Care Dashboard icons were not visible for certain security roles that had the specific permissions to view and/or manage information within these categories.
- Occupancy validation with Move In/Move Out workflows – A few fields in ALIS did not stop users from inputting bad occupancy dates in the resident profile. We have since resolved this issue, and all Financial and Physical Move In and Move Out dates in ALIS should validate so that residents cannot move out before they ever move in.
