ALIS 7.5 arrives Monday, October 10th, 2022 @12 AM CT.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 10/10 at approximately 12am CT.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

Add to Current Med Pass

When you process orders from your pharmacy, ALIS will give you the option to add the orders to the current Pass Meds page.

Staff Calendar Notifications

This release allows you to send notifications to staff about calendar events!

E-Sign Activity Report Enhancements

The report will display the document name and lets you send reminders to collect signatures directly from the report.

Contact us today to set up this feature so you can email resident evaluations, service plans, and compliance forms to collect signatures and other information.

New ACH/CC buttons in the Payment Center

If you use ALIS Pay, new buttons will help differentiate whether you are processing payments through the ACH/CC gateway or if you are manually posting payments that were processed elsewhere.

Multi-select reasons for Monitoring residents

More Improvements:

• New option to set resident contacts as Activated or Not Activated Health Care Power of Attorney.
• Resident Audit History now contains details of any updates to their Product Type, Classification, or Advance Directives.
• New option to "un-record" care items if your team accidentally recorded the wrong task.

• New Service Plan view to help prevent unnecessary editing.
• New setting allows you to see total points on completed Evaluation PDFs.
