ALIS 7.4 arrives Monday, August 29th, 2022 @12 AM CT.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 8/29 at approximately 12am CT.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

Med Pass Exceptions

ALIS gives the option to enable a list of specific exception reasons other than Refused.

Immunizations and Tests

This release gives you a designated section for COVID-19, Influenza, and Pneumonia immunizations in one location. Additionally you will find a Tests section for COVID-19 and TB.

These details will be migrated from the Health Profile section. They will also be available each time you do a resident evaluation. 

E-Sign Compliance Enhancements

Signers will now be able to fill in text fields, check checkboxes, and add initials when you email them your forms using HelloSign!

Evaluation Points Enhancements

With this release you can turn on a setting for evaluation points to display on evaluation documents.

Now you can multiply care points based on the frequency of service provided.

More Improvements:

• If your residents and their families can access Evaluations in ALIS Connect, they will also be able to access Service Plans.
• Improved customization of Rate Increase Letter templates.
• New Alerts and Billing Center events when Financial Move-In and Move-Out dates are updated or deleted.

• Improved filtering on the Recorded Care report will make it easier to find specific care records!
• New Resident Ledger report to include opening balances.
• New App Store access at the top of your page in ALIS.
