ALIS 7.3 arrives Monday, July 18th, 2022 @12 AM CDT.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 7/18 at approximately 12am CDT.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

Reminder! We recommend using Google Chrome for ALIS. This is especially important for the newer features. Other browsers will not work as well.

Track Collections status on your invoices

This release gives you the ability to flag invoices for collections, filter to view these invoices, track collections tasks, and receive alerts.

More collections features are scheduled for release later this year! 

Enhancements to Residency Agreements

• New rate increase letters! You can create a letter template and email payers directly from ALIS.
• New option to verify your rate increases in bulk on the rate increase calendar.
• Export to Excel your rate increase data to create your own PivotTable analysis.

Record Observations while completing Incident Reports

You will have a new option to quickly create Observation Notes when you log an incident. No more copying and pasting!

E-Sign Compliance Items

Without ever leaving ALIS, you can send an email to your resident's contacts to collect their signatures!

More Improvements

• Improved "+Add Another Time" button when you are managing medications:

• New Medicaid Leaves report (Billing Program Leaves) allows you to review and verify leave dates and update invoices within the report.

• On your evaluation we have a new feature available for your team to multiply care points based on the level of service provided. Contact us to set this up.
• Company Administrators will have the option to delete evaluations and service plans if there was a mistake.
