ALIS 7.1 arrives Monday, April 18th, 2022 @12 AM CDT.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 4/18 at approximately 12am CDT.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

Reminder! We recommend using Google Chrome for ALIS. This is especially important for the newer features. Other browsers will not work as well. 

Unprocessed Pharmacy Messages warning in Pass Meds

This new notification will help improve communication about new orders, orders requiring updates, or discontinued orders.

Only staff members with access to Pharmacies will see the Pharmacy Inbox link. For staff who can not access Pharmacies, this notification will prompt another message: "Staff with access to the pharmacy inbox need to take action.”

Medication Prescriber now displays in more places

If no prescriber name was sent by the pharmacy for a medication, you can set a prescriber contact to populate their name in more places.

Residency Agreement Documents

• You can now upload and fill online documents within Residency Agreements! Reach out to support@medtelligent.com for help adding your agreement or lease items to the Residency Agreement Center.
• If you haven't used Residency Agreement management in ALIS, contact your account manager to get started.

Improved Billing Statements

Statement column organization has been improved. This cleaner layout makes statements simpler to read and you can see the important details at a glance.

Currently in Beta: Inbound Documents Center

• Email or scan documents straight to ALIS to complete compliance documents.
• Your community will have a unique email address where you can forward email attachments or send documents from your scanner directly into ALIS for filing.
