26.7.5.0
Consistent global search: The global search bar in standard navigation now uses exact matching again, restoring reliable, predictable results after a recent change introduced inconsistent fuzzy matches. Communities on Enhanced Navigation keep fuzzy search.
Document Center "New" tab count mismatch: The New tab now lists all pending documents by default and matches the "to be filed" count, so nothing appears lost. Received date is now an optional filter for narrowing the list.
Contact Type reverting after resident forms: A community contact's Contact Type (for example, Physician) no longer reverts to a default when a compliance or evaluation form is completed for an associated resident. Existing types are preserved unless a form explicitly sets a new one.
Options menu on partially transferred payments and credits: The Options (gear) menu now stays available on payments and credits that are only partially transferred, so staff can transfer or edit the remaining balance. It's hidden only once a record is fully transferred; security deposits are unchanged.
26.8.1.0
Document Center filter error: Resolved an error when filtering for older uploads. All previously unreachable pages and filtered views now load normally, with every document intact.
ALIS Pay – ACH payments stuck on "Processing": ACH payments that had settled but remained on "Processing" now move to "Processed" automatically once they clear, correcting the ALIS Pay Report status and unblocking refunds.
Sage Intacct statistical account sync: Resolved an issue where the nightly statistical-account sync to Sage Intacct silently stopped producing entries. The sync now completes normally.
Resident Leaves export timeouts: Resolved 500 errors on the resident-leaves export for large multi-community clients. Large exports now run reliably and require a date range of up to one year.
RxParser misreading pharmacy notes: Resolved cases where trailing pharmacy notes were misread as a second medication schedule, surfacing administrations that were never prescribed. These orders now parse to a single, correct schedule.
26.8.2.0
Pharmacy Message Mapping for Returning Residents: Resolved an issue where incoming pharmacy messages for returning residents remained permanently tied to their previous (moved-out) record. Users can now successfully remap these incoming messages to the resident’s current, active profile directly from the Resident Messages tab.
Prevented "Pending" GL Transactions from Blocking Period Closes: Fixed a specific edge case where incidental charges that were invoiced, removed from the invoice, and subsequently approved resulted in "Pending" GL transactions that became invisible in the Approval Center. The system now correctly processes these transactions upon final approval, ensuring they no longer block financial period closes.
Standardized Assessment PDF Labels: Updated the memory field labels on the Blank Assessment template to match the terminology used on the Health Profile screen ("Long Term Memory" and "Short Term Memory"). The custom-forms field picker has also been updated to reflect this change.
Corrected "Migrate Current Staff" Permission Logic: Fixed an issue on the Company Roles page where using the Migrate Current Staff button inadvertently revoked ALIS HQ access for staff members who were not selected during the migration. This tool now functions correctly as an "add-only" action. Additionally, submitting a migration with no users selected will now trigger a warning rather than reporting a false success.
26.8.3.0
Duplicate Credits on Regenerated Invoices: Resolved an issue where credits could be applied twice when an invoice was regenerated after a manual adjustment, resulting in an incorrect negative balance. Credits are now applied only once per invoice, even when the invoice is regenerated.
GL Transactions Export Missing the Final Day: Resolved an issue where large GL transaction exports could time out and leave off the last day of the selected date range. Exports now complete reliably regardless of data volume and always include the full range requested.
Billing Center Displaying Community Name Instead of Resident Name: Resolved an issue where some Billing Center event log entries showed the community name in place of the resident's name. These entries now correctly display the resident's name.
