26.6.1.0
- Billing Center: Blank Impact Summary Row on Room Change – When a billing event generated a new invoice through the Impact Review, the Impact Summary occasionally displayed a blank row instead of the invoice details, and the resident's audit trail incorrectly labeled the action as "Next Generated Invoice." Both issues have been fixed: the Impact Summary now correctly displays the invoice details, and the audit message accurately reflects the action taken.
- Record Request Generation Fail – Resolved an issue where a record request failed to complete. Record requests now process as expected.
26.6.2.0
- Leave Event Rules: N Day Leave Effective Date – Resolved an issue where N Day Leave events calculated the end service effective date as event date +1 instead of the event date, causing recurring charges to stop one day later than the configured threshold. Leave event effective dates now always equal the event date, consistent with the "Include the day of the leave" toggle behavior.
- Care Tasks API: utcStart / utcEnd Sentinel Date – Resolved an issue where the utcStart and utcEnd fields in the GET Scheduled Care Tasks API response returned a 1900-01-01 sentinel date instead of the actual date the task was performed. Both fields now return a valid UTC datetime consistent with all other datetime fields in the response.
- Daily Stand Up Calendar: Incorrect Events – Resolved an issue where the Daily Stand Up Calendar displayed incorrect events.
- Rent Roll: Missing Resident – Resolved an issue where a resident was not appearing on the Rent Roll report.
- Target Care List Display Issue – Resolved a display issue affecting the Target Care List.
- Approval Center Email Link Not Working – Resolved an issue where the link in Approval Center notification emails did not navigate to the correct page. Approval Center email links now direct recipients to the intended destination.
- Community Tasks Filters – Resolved an issue where Community Tasks filter selections were not persisting within a session. Filters now persist as users navigate between tasks and back to the Community Tasks list (via the Back to Tasks link, browser back button, or sidebar navigation); they reset on logout.
26.6.3.0
Aging Report Not Loading – Resolved an issue where the Aging Report was not loading.
Aging Summary Excel Export: Worksheet Name Conflict – Resolved an issue where the Aging Summary Excel export crashed when two communities shared the same first 30 characters in their name. Community worksheet names in the export are now deduplicated to prevent naming conflicts.
DB Update: Resident Showing Assigned to Room After Move-Out – Applied a targeted data correction for a resident remaining assigned to a room and bed after a move-out event.
Community Details Timezone Syncing – Resolved an issue where manually updating a community's timezone on the Community Details page did not sync the updated timezone label to the backend ALIS admin portal's Service Status page. Timezone changes made directly on the Community Details page now sync to the admin portal correctly.
Staff Roster Report Links – Resolved an issue affecting linked staff profiles in the Staff Roster Report. Profile links now bring you to the respective staff profile.
26.6.4.0
Total Period (Days) Displaying as a Decimal Instead of a Whole Number – Resolved an issue where the Total Period (Days) value displayed as a decimal rather than a whole number of days on the Transaction Details report.
ALIS HQ: Co-occupant Bed and Doorknob Occupancy Values – Resolved an issue where primary residents sharing a bed were assigned an occupancy credit of 0.5 instead of 1.0, causing Beds ADO% and Doorknob ADO% to report lower than actual occupancy. Primary residents in shared beds now receive full occupancy credit, and secondary residents receive no credit, ensuring ADO% and census figures accurately reflect occupied capacity.
