ALIS 7.0 arrives Monday, March 7th, 2022 @12 AM CST.
This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 3/7 at approximately 12am CST.
Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.
Reminder! We recommend using Google Chrome for ALIS. This is especially important for the newer features. Other browsers will not work as well.
eFax refill requests are here!
- Request refills from your pharmacy with two clicks using their fax number.
- ALIS also provides a report to show the statuses of all fax requests.
Contact the ALIS team to set up eFax refill requests for any pharmacy.

Occupancy updates
- The bottom sections of Unit Occupancy are clarified to separate room assignments from move-in and move-out dates.
- Move out dates on Weekly Occupancy will now reference Financial Move Out dates instead of room assignments.
- We have updated reports to show when "Hotel Rules" occupancy is enabled. See these changes on Unit Occupancy, Weekly Occupancy, Move In, and Move Out reports.
Prospect updates
- Tasks now have salesperson and date filters.
- Prospects Needing Follow-Up KPI can now be filtered by salesperson.
More improvements:
- Drug Destruction prompts will display when you discontinue medications in Pharmacies and when you move out residents.
- New Contact Us page.
- Adding resident Insurance Information will differentiate Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance.
