ALIS 6.6 arrives Monday, December 13th, 2021 @12 AM CST.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 12/13 at approximately 12am CST.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

Reminder! We recommend using Google Chrome for ALIS. This is especially important for the newer features. Other browsers will not work as well. 

Introducing ALIS HQ

Formerly known as ALIS Insights, ALIS HQ is a new reports engine to give you even better visibility of your communities.

You can now set your personal default dashboard when you login to ALIS! Go to My Account > Login & Access > Homepage to select.

Contact us to get started with ALIS HQ! Custom reporting is also available, and may be subject to additional charge.

HUGE Prospects Updates

Email Prospects right from ALIS! You can send marketing emails directly from ALIS, create email templates, and track the email delivery statuses.

Transfer prospects between your communities!

Also, you can edit converted Prospects records if needed, and unconvert them if needed.

Evaluations that Transfer

If the evaluation is the same at both communities, you can transfer the current evaluation when you are transferring a resident between communities in ALIS.

More Improvements:

• New Incidents alert available! This notifies your team if you have an incomplete Incident Report that was started 7 days ago.
• The ALIS Calendar will allow for events created about Moved Out residents.
• New Additional Dose section in COVID-19 Center (separate from the Booster section).

• Upgrades to the Rent Roll will better support residents assigned to multiple units and married couples who share a unit. The Rent Roll now includes Resident IDs and Client Record #s. 
• Rate Changes are now available in the Import Center. Now it requires fewer clicks to perform rate percentage changes!
