ALIS 6.5 arrives Monday, October 18th, 2021 @12 AM CST.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 10/18 at approximately 12am CST.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

Reminder! We recommend using Google Chrome for ALIS. This is especially important for the newer features. Other browsers will not work as well. 

New Print Center

Formerly known as the Prep Work Binder page, we are introducing the Print Center! This page gives us a quick and easy way to generate documents for multiple residents at a time.

This will replace the Prep Work Binder page.

Here you will find Care Plans, Service Plans, Facesheets, and other Care-related documents you can use for paper charting if needed.

Tax Statements

You can now access your residents' Tax Statements in the Statements page.

New Care Plan Recommendations

We are adding the option to show recommendations after completing a Service Plan to help you review the Care Items on the resident's Care Plan.

You can choose to keep or remove the Care Items based on whether they were triggered from the most recent Evaluation and Service Plan.

Please let us know if you would like to try the new Care Plan Recommendations!

More Improvements:

• All residents will now be labeled Primary or Secondary for their room assignments. This adds clarity to Occupancy reports!
• Prospect details will show at the top of a resident's profile so the clinical team can read their Story and Notes.
• If you need to add many residents at one time, this can now be done in the new Import Center.
• New Admission/Discharge Log for Florida communities. This report matches specific state requirements for Florida.
• Also for Florida, we have the new 1823 form available. Please contact us to activate this for your community!
