ALIS 6.4 arrives Monday, August 30th, 2021 @12 AM CST.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 8/30 at approximately 12am CST.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

Reminder! We recommend using Google Chrome for ALIS. This is especially important for the newer features. Other browsers will not work as well. 

Improved Evaluation Notes

• Above the Notes box, we can now see if the notes are Custom or Default.
• If you write custom notes when default notes are available, a new "Override with preset notes" button will allow you to clear the custom notes and populate only default notes.

"Not Triggered" Items in Care Plan Review 

After completing a Service Plan, we must review the Care Plan. If there exist items on the Care Plan that were not "triggered" by the Service Plan, ALIS prompts you to review them.

This helps avoid duplicate or contradictory Care Items!

New Import Center

The Import Center allows us to easily add large amounts of data to ALIS.

Use the template files to import data sets for the following:

• Care Level Data
• Personal Contacts for Residents
• Community Contacts
• Incidental and Recurring Charges
• Prospect Data
• Referral Source and Referral Organization Data

Prospect Reports

The Prospect Summary report is now Prospect Activity! Now you can filter for Stage, Score, and Source, and drill down on an individual Prospect for tasks, notes, and other changes.

Additionally, we are updating the following reports: Prospect Details, Prospect Contacts, and Referral Sources.

More Improvements:

• ALIS Connect is available for Applicants.
• Automatically create an Observation Notes while recording a COVID-19 Vaccine from the resident profile or evaluation.

Coming Soon in a Future Release:

It will be possible to remove Care Item times from resident Care Plans. Care Items can be scheduled to display during a shift with no times!
