ALIS 6.3 arrives Monday, July 19th, 2021 @12 AM CST.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 7/19 at approximately 12am CST.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

Reminder! We recommend using Google Chrome for ALIS. This is especially important for the newer features. Other browsers will not work as well. 

Vitals Alerts Updates

All vitals recorded in ALIS will have the potential to generate alerts that say "Vital sign recorded was out of bounds for a resident". This will include vitals recorded in the Med Pass or Administer PRNs pages, and when PRN Vitals are recorded. Currently, this alert is generated only when vitals are recorded on the Record Vitals page. 

These Alerts will be generated based on the boundaries set on vitals requirements for Routine and PRN medications, Treatment orders, and using the Baseline ranges set in the Wellness Vitals section of Manage Orders.

Prospects now each have a Marketing Status

We will be able to set prospects as Subscribed or Unsubscribed in order to help filter anyone who is not interested in receiving marketing emails.

Improved PDF Print option for several reports

You will find the Print option much more useful, printing all contents of the reports more clearly and legibly. The reports improved will include: Insurance Report, Resident Checklist, Medication Destruction, Resident Evaluation Completion, Health Profile, Vital Sign Summary

New Care Tracking Documents!

The new Print button on the Record Care page will allow you to print all your tasks in the Care List.

The improved Care Delivery Record document will show the outcome key more clearly at the top of each page, and we have removed excess boxes on the pages. This document will be more similar to the ALIS MAR. 

Enhanced Unit Occupancy Report

Unit Occupancy Report will be clickable! Click on any box with a + or - to show more details about move-ins and move-outs.

More Improvements:

• COVID-19 Vaccine status will display on ALIS Facesheets.
• Moved-Out residents will no longer display in Community Contacts in the Associated Contacts list.
