Rounding for Residency Agreements – Resolved a rounding error on generated rate increase letters to ensure they use the same logic and show the same rounded rate as the UI.
'Exclude from Proration' – Fixed and issue where ALIS still prorated the discount based on the service period of the charge, despite the “exclude from proration” button being selected.
Invoice email alert – The alert for failed invoice emails was passing along the invoice email’s ID as the recipient instead of the email recipient’s ID, causing a lookup mismatch.

Auto-generated Invoices dates – Fixed an issue where the Invoice Date (1st, Month following Billing Day) was auto-correcting to the Invoice Due Date (10th of Month).
Check Payment-generated GL transactions – Check scanning payments would not generate GL transactions when the 'Received On' date was set to a closed period, and the check would not be deposited. This workflow now blocks for closed periods and warns on restricted close periods.
ALIS Connect Email Receipts – Resident payments in ALIS Connect would send the receipt to all Connect users at that community. The error has been temporarily handled while we still address the root cause.
Duplicate ALIS Connect payments – The email error was causing the payment modal to timeout, and when the user attempted to submit the payment again, it duplicates the payment. The error has been temporarily handled while we still address the root cause.

Bulk Invoice Incidentals – Resolved an error caused when attempting to use the Invoice Incidentals button on the All Invoices tab of the Invoice Center.
WelcomeHome Financial Occupancy Move-Out Date – Fixed an issue where the standard Financial Move Out date was being returned on the API rather than the expected financial occupancy move out date.
Invalid Email in 'Send for e-Signatures' – Email validation was updated to allow valid emails that contain capitalized characters and ensure compliance documents can stil be sent for e-signature.

Change Referral Organization/Type – Solved for a blockage causing an inability to make updates to referral organizations and types.
