View the below list for bug fixes highlighted in our 9.7.5 Release on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025 and our 9.7.6 Release on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026.
9.7.5 Fixes
The below bug fixes occurred between our 9.7.4 and 9.7.5 releases.
Compliance Details Report filter (9.7.4.1) – Fixed an issue where the filtered values were not saved in the Compliance Details report data. The report displayed the training community’s data even when the Community filter excluded it.
Staff Compliance settings (9.7.4.1) – Fixed an issue where a compliance document appeared in Staff Compliance Settings but not on the staff profile.
Default select "Show in MAR" in Medications Settings (9.7.4.1) – When updating the Service Level in Medications Settings from “Administer Routine” to “Self-Administer,” the “Show In MAR” option was not being automatically selected. It now is selected by default.
Resident Transfers fix (9.7.4.1) – When attempting to transfer a resident, it was prevented due to a message indicating that another transfer was still pending. This has been resolved.
Mark completed Evaluations as 'Signed' (9.7.4.1) – “Needs Signature” appeared on completed evaluations for the signer type because an old unsigned version was detected. Now, only the version at hand is considered for marking as 'Signed'.
9.7.6 Fixes
The below bug fixes occurred between our 9.7.5 and 9.7.6 releases.
- ALIS HQ Filter (9.7.5.1) – Resolved a "Token was not generated correctly" error that blocked filtering when changing communities in ALIS HQ. The filter now passes the necessary flags to function as expected.
- Compliance Items in Prospect to Applicant Conversion (9.7.5.1) – Fixed an issue where setting a Product Type when converting a Prospect to an Applicant failed to create compliance items.
- Compliance Details Report (9.7.5.3) – Fixed an issue in the Resident Compliance Detail Report where selecting multiple product types caused the filter to reset to the first alphabetical option after a refresh.
- Approve PRNs (9.7.5.3) – Fixed an issue that prevented Company Administrators from approving PRN Administrations. Company Administrators are now correctly identified as approvers for all community environments they have permission to access.
- Deactivated Care Items in Care Plans (9.7.5.3) – Fixed an issue where deactivated care items (such as “AM/PM routines”) were still appearing on newly generated Care Plans due to duplicate care identifiers. The system now correctly ignores deactivated care items when generating new plans.
- Automated Invoicing with Rate Changes (9.7.6) Fixed an issue where the rate changes importer set the service end date to before to the service start, which caused invoicing errors. The importer will now set the service end of current charges to the day just prior of the service start in the importer file.
