Vital Signs Details Report displayed error page - When attempting to load the Vital Signs Details report, it displayed the “Oh no! That’s not supposed to happen” error page. Report query has been updated to be more performant and avoid timeouts.
Sign Documents email link error - Resolved an error in the ‘Sign Documents’ links from Move-In Documents emails where the signer could not access ALIS Connect ‘Sign Documents’ pages.
Progress not saved for document signer experience - After completing documents in the Move-In Packet signer experience, progress was not saved once the document was exited which has since been fixed.
Unable to 'Complete' or upload documents in Incidents - The ‘Complete’ button was unresponsive when filling online an Incident Report form preventing completion. Uploading the document did not work either. Both options are now functioning properly.
- Unable to send Refund Check for Credit Refund - Users were unable to mark a check as ‘sent’ and send refund check for a credit refund, which is now possible again.
C-Code Handling (9.7.2.1) - When payments returned a C-Code, ALIS was treating them as failed even when they were processed successfully. These payments are now marked as successful and showing they are “Corrected”.
- Check Scanning TIFF errors (9.7.2.1) - iStream check deposits were failing with a “Tiff image invalid” error when the image file was corrupted. Corrupted image files are now caught during review and telling the user to re-scan the check.
- Disabled Prospect Source showing (9.7.2.1) - A database update was done to “unlock” these prospect sources, but there was a build script that was locking them again. This time, the build script was fixed and the database update was re-run to unlock the prospect sources.
9.7.4 Fixes
- Delete Scheduled Leaves from Billing Center Events (9.7.4) - Corrected a workflow issue that blocked users from deleting/canceling future leaves after they had been scheduled. Users can now cancel these leaves without being blocked by background billing processes.
- Inconsistent order processing permissions for Nurse Role (9.7.3.3) - Identified an inconsistent ability to edit instructions when processing an order from the pharmacy for this security role. Investigated security role parameters to address.
- Case sensitive Compliance form fields (9.7.3.3) - Case-sensitive form markup prevented previously completed fields from redisplaying. A backend feature flag was implemented to make compliance form keys case-insensitive.
- Recorded refunds with gateway badge (9.7.3.2) - 'Gateway' badges incorrectly appeared on recorded refunds if the original payment method was via the gateway. Badges accurately distinguish between live processed refunds and recorded transactions to prevent user confusion regarding the transaction status.
- Observation Comments not saving (9.7.3.2) - When attempting to add an observation comment, it did not display the new comment and no confirmation or error message appears. This has since been fixed.
- Prospect data importer error (9.7.3.2) - Fixed an error that prevented the Prospect importer to download.
- Bulk Medicaid Payment blank Invoices Preview (9.7.3.2) - When staff were submitting a bulk payment for Medicaid, and attempted to preview the invoice, the invoice PDF showed as blank.
- Not displaying 'c/o' format in Rate Increase Letter (9.7.3.2) - Corrected an issue to ensure that when the payer name is not the same of the resident, the addressee will display as “Resident Name, c/o Payer Name” when generating a rate increase letter.
- Pass Med Report Variance miscalculation (9.7.3.2) - Certain variance calculations were miscalculated for some medications. Now, they are consistently calculating accurately.
- Product Types filter in Resident Diet Roster Report (9.7.3.2) - Resident data did not display accurately when filtering for Product Types which has since been resolved.
- Unable to reenable Move Out Reasons and Destinations (9.7.3.2) - Fixed an issue where previously disabled Move Out Reasons and Destinations could not be reenabled.
- Pharmacy Inbox error preventing profile mapping (9.7.3.2) - Resident pharmacy profiles were sent with invalid SSN formats, causing an error when attempting to map to the ALIS profile. Profiles can now be mapped successfully.
- 'Copy-to' Rent Roll GL configuration timeout (9.7.3.2) - Copy GL accounts was timing out causing only partial data to copy to new communities. The 'copy-to' setting now functions as expected.
