9.7.0 Fixes
Community Tasks Lists hidden for non-associated communities - Task Lists that were not set as being available or associated to a community still showed in the "Assigned List" menus. Now, if a Task List is not associated to a community, that community name will not show in the "Assigned List" menus.
Sub-questions correctly update in Resident Evaluation Tool (RET) builder - Creating or updating a question to be a sub-question in the RET builder caused errors and required a refresh. Sub-questions now save without error and display immediately in both the RET builder and Evaluations.
iStream checks MICR data proper format - When submitting check deposit information to iStream, the MICR string was malformed and resulting in errors at iStream that required manual intervention (and usually a fee). The MICR data now appears in correct format without error.
Process iStream refunds - Processing refunds for iStream payments were not debiting the right GL account and therefore continuing to show as available payments. Refunds now process correctly and debit the corresponding GL account.
Disabled Payer Types stay visible when selected - Enabling a disabled Payer Type caused other disabled Payer Types to disappear while the “Show Disabled” checkbox was turned on. All disabled Payer Types now remain visible when this option is selected.
Payer Type status updates immediately - Changing a Payer Type’s status did not update until the page was refreshed. The status now updates immediately upon saving, without requiring a refresh.
Staff Importer no longer emailing hashed passwords – When new staff were being created via the staff importer and their passwords were set in the same step, staff were receiving emails with their hashed password that gets stored in our database rather than those in the importer. They will now receive the password that was set for them in the importer and can use this value to login to ALIS.
“Login to ALIS” button redirect to correct link – When new staff were being created via the staff importer and their passwords got set, staff were receiving emails with their login credentials and a button that is supposed to redirect them to their company’s ALIS login screen. This link was redirecting to an invalid site. The link has been updated to redirect to the staff’s correct login page.
Reason should be required while dismissing a resident flag – “Reason” was not being required while dismissing a resident flag in the Resident Monitoring section. This has been updated to ensure a Reason is required for entry.
