Residents/eHRPrint Incident Report PDF in multiple locationsPrinting incident reports is now more efficient and convenient than ever. In addition to the existing PDF export in the Incident Report page, clinical users with access can now easily print reports from other essential locations too. Simply click the new 'Print' button next to each incident in the Incident Center, and use the 'Options' menu in the Incident Reports section of the Resident Profile. ![]() Print monitoring events in Monitoring CenterTo improve documentation flexibility, your team can now print monitoring events in the Monitoring Center. When selecting to print a monitoring event, this generates a PDF containing relevant resident information as well as monitoring reasons and interventions summaries. This functionality is available for both active and historical monitoring records. Use the 'More' button to print an active monitoring event, and find a printer icon for use in the Monitoring History tab. ![]() New Move In & Community Information fieldsElevate your community resource management by documenting Parking Spot and Storage Unit information directly in the Resident profile. The new fields in the Move In & Community Information section allow you to easily track this information. For streamlined auditing, your team can view these details at a glance when the Resident Roster report is exported to Excel. ![]() Health Profile enhancementsWe have significantly enhanced the Health Profile section of the Resident profile to provide a more detailed and organized view of each resident's care needs. The former 'Health Statuses' section has been renamed to 'Health Care Services' and includes new fields to capture the date of the last annual physical, insulin use, dialysis, and wound care. A new Therapy Services section has been introduced with toggles to indicate if a resident receives physical, occupational, or speech therapies. Additionally, the Additional Devices dropdown menu now includes three more device options: Catheter, Feeding Tube, and Ventilator. For comprehensive reporting, you can view all of this data when the Health Profile report is exported to Excel. ![]() Revenue ManagementTransfer ALIS Pay paymentsAs of our August 25th release, unapplied ALIS Pay payments can be transferred between applicants, current residents, and moved out residents. Each transferred payment retains its original transaction number from the payment provider, ensuring you can efficiently identify data in the ALIS Pay report. Be mindful that once an ALIS Pay payment has been transferred, actions such as gateway refunds and voids must be handled using the standard manual workflow in ALIS for recorded payments. ![]() Multiple deposit files in Payment CenterAs of our August 25th release, you can now upload multiple deposit files at once in the Payment Center. This saves your team time by eliminating the need to manually compile several deposit documents into a single file. All uploaded files can be reviewed for accuracy in the New Bulk Payment page prior to submission. They are accessible afterward in the Deposit tab of the Payment Center and your Deposit report. ![]() Transfer payments to Moved Out profilesAs of our August 25th release, we have extended payment transfer functionality to include moved out residents. Users with access can seamlessly transfer any remaining account balances, such as credits, security deposits, and payments from a former resident's profile. These funds can then be applied to the account of an applicant or current resident. ![]() Miscellaneous EnhancementsAdvanced Directives 'Copy To' settingSimplify and streamline multi-community settings configuration with a new 'Copy To' button for Advanced Directives in Resident settings. After adding new Advanced Directives, you can now conveniently copy them over to other community environments to help standardize these settings company-wide. ![]() New and updated files for the Import CenterWe have upgraded import files in the Import Center to make managing bulk data for your company more efficient and comprehensive. For users with access, there are a variety of new and updated files when importing or downloading data:
