View the below list for bug fixes included with our 9.6.8 Release on Monday, August 25th and the 9.6.9 Release on Monday, September 8th, 2025.
9.6.8 Fixes
Prospect Import File - Resolved issue where missing “Contact Type” in Prospect Data Importer caused prospect contacts to break. The importer now requires Contact Type whenever a contact name or organization is included, preventing blank contact sections and page errors.
Manage Orders Page Load - Fixed an error where old data with multiple active prescriptions for the same medication blocked the Manage Orders page. The system now disables older prescriptions, keeps only the most recent active one, and logs future cases to prevent recurrence.
Move-In Packet 'Cancel and Re-send' - With the changes made, users can now resend a new packet with a duplicate document as intended. When resending document(s) with the goal of changing the signer for a second time, the “Cancel and re-send” button is available for the duplicate compliance item.
Move-In Packet 'Send Additional Documents' - Ensured that sending additional documents for signature when a packet has already been sent will show that existing packet as well as the new documents with configured signers.
9.6.9 Fixes
API Nickname bug - Fixed issue where the API was returning the resident’s first name in the “nickname” field if the nickname was null in ALIS.
Collections Report export error - Resolved an error message appearing when trying to export the Collections Report. The report now exports all data as filtered in the .xls file.
Move-In Packet signer experience - Solved for an issue where the signature button, document button, and document checkbox was not visible. Now the signature button has a pen icon and the other button and checkbox shows.
iStream/Fiserv Portal buttons - Removed buttons linked to the external portals due to all payment provider details and data existing in ALIS; it is no longer need for the redirection.
'Gateway Status' on all payments - Removed the 'Gateway Status' option for all gateway payments to provide flexibility based on which gateways are enabled in a community.
