Required Fields on Compliance Documents 

New functionality prevents form completion if there are incomplete required form fields. This will not prevent your team from saving in-progress documents.

A red message on the form shows the number of required fields that still need text entered before marking the form "Complete". These fields are highlighted in red.  

The same required field validation will apply when staff are completing compliance items in the Compliance Forms section of My Account. 

This feature is behind an entitlement and requires the ALIS team to enable.

Max ACH and credit card transaction limits

Reliably manage and honor payers' financial safeguards with the new option to set a custom limit to be charged per ACH or credit card transaction.

When you add or manage payment methods on the Payer Details page, you can set the Max Limit per payment method. This also applies to Split Pay payments.

If a payment method is deleted, the historical payment records remain intact and are visible in various reports, the Applicant/Resident profile, and the Payment Center.

Transfer funds between Applicants 

More flexibly navigate complex billing situations with the ability to transfer different funds between Applicant profiles in addition to transfers between Residents. 

Transfer full or partial payments, credits, and security deposits to and from Applicant profiles using the new Applicant/Resident dropdown menu. 

Floor Plan bulk copy-to settings 

Save time and reduce errors when configuring multiple communities' Floor Plans with the new bulk copy-to settings for Room Categories and Room Types. 

Copy newly created categories or types including details such as description, size, and market rate to update other communities' Floor Plan settings.

Prospects bulk copy-to settings 

Manage and ensure consistency across multiple communities' Prospects settings with the new bulk copy-to settings available for Prospect Sources, Task Outcome Types, Task Types, and Scores. 

When creating new Prospect Sources, for example, you can multiselect the items and click Copy To to copy the new sources to other communities in your portfolio. 

If you update any descriptive fields on newly created items such as phone, email, goal, or description, you can also use the Copy To button to make sure these changes are saved across all environments' settings.

View past Miscellaneous Documents versions 

As of our release on June 2nd, administrators can now view the full version history for any deleted compliance items still saved in Miscellaneous Documents.

There is a new View All Versions link found below a Miscellaneous document that is especially useful for auditing previously deleted compliance documentation.
