New column in Unapplied/Refunded Credits report
The Unapplied/Refunded Credits report now contains a Community column so that users can easily identify where each credit originated.
This column is particularly useful when filtering for "All Communities" and appears in the print view and Excel export formats. |

Rent Roll improvementsWe’ve made improvements to Rent Roll configuration and auditing that will assist detailed reporting needs for teams managing multiple communities' data.
When adding or updating Rent Roll columns, the Column Display Name dropdown menu shows previously created columns across the company portfolio. This helps prevent column duplication and ensure consistency across community reports. |

Administrators can more easily track any changes made to the Rent Roll report at the community and company level. We've enhanced both of these audit histories to show the staff name and timestamp for any updates made.
The community audit history specifically displays items added, edited, or deleted from the custom Income and Concessions columns. These audit line items will also include the GL Account details. |

Privacy button to lock screen
ALIS now offers a Privacy button that temporarily locks your screen to prevent others from viewing private information while away from your device.
Once you click the Privacy button, the page becomes hidden and requires password reentry of the signed-in user to access it again.
This feature is available for all users and is compatible with desktops and iPads. |

Compliance settings enhancements
We’ve simplified Resident, Staff, and Community Compliance settings to make the feature easier to manage across your organization.
A new Company setting provides the option to enable or disable the ability to mark Compliance items as "In Cabinet."
This setting is defaulted to "Off" for all new companies. For existing companies, items currently marked as "In Cabinet" will maintain that status unless changed. |

UKG Pro
This integration supports the syncing of staff data between UKG and ALIS. In our ALIS App Store, we now offer a new integration with UKG Pro in addition to the current UKG version.
UKG Pro syncs staff data in real time, while the existing version syncs data on a nightly basis. The UKG Pro integration includes initial and test sync options and a new API endpoint for third-party vendors. |

TELS Work Orders updates
The TELS Work Orders experience has been updated to make it easier to locate, review, and manage work orders on any device.
The new page layout provides more detailed filters, visual sync status, and status tags. The Requested By field is now required and added to the description so maintenance staff can easily identify the requester.
We've also optimized for the mobile experience with new card-style entries, stacked content, and collapsible filters. |
