ALIS 9.6 arrives Monday, April 21st, 2025 at Noon (12 PM CT).
New setting for Service Plan PDFs
With this release, you will have more autonomy over what information is visible in your downloaded Service Plans.
In your Company Settings, you will see a "Display Care Fees on Service Plans PDFs" toggle. This new option allows you to choose whether or not to display fee information on your Service Plans. There is also a setting to show or remove Care Points.
When the setting is turned off, you'll see two changes:
- The "target fee" language is eliminated.
- The Fee column is removed from view entirely.
Contact your Account Manager for assistance with updating Company Settings.
Community Tasks
Our most recent updates to Community Tasks improve flexibility with task tracking and cleanup.
- The Show Deleted filter is now available to all users, making it easier to locate deleted tasks.
Users with the Access Community Task administrative functions security role permission will have these new capabilities:
- Revert a task’s status from Complete to Incomplete when you click Undo Complete on the Task Details page.
- Restore deleted tasks from the main Community Tasks page when you click Undo Delete. Deleted tasks appear in italicized and grayed out format and follow a new sorting order.
Users with access to Company Settings permissions will be able to view a Configure Lists button directly from the Community Tasks page, making it possible to configure and manage settings all in one place.
Contact your Account Manager for assistance with enabling this Community Tasks feature or updating your Security Role permissions.
Product Type settings
In your Company Settings, the table has been reorganized so you can manage Product Types for all communities in one place.
When in the Community toggled view, you will see each community's configuration, and the Manage button on this pane will allow you to multiselect Product Types per community. The Copy Settings button enables you to copy one community's current configuration to another, which will provide efficiency in this process.

Alerts for Insurance Expiration Dates
Keep your residents' insurance information up-to-date and reduce any gaps in coverage through When enabled via your Alerts Settings, staff will now receive automatic alerts when a resident’s insurance is about to expire or has already expired.
Three new alerts will be added to your Alerts settings:
- Expires in 60 Days
- Expires in 30 Days
- Expired
This alert will be accessed in the Alert Center and included in email notifications and digest messages, each providing a direct link to the resident’s Insurance section.
