✨ Pass Meds Reports: Refined Reporting✨

Drill down your Pass Meds data with greater ease and precision through refined default and filtering options!

The Pass Meds report page now defaults to show scheduled medication times sorted in chronological order to ensure effortless navigation of this information.

Any orders that are set to "Show in Med Pass" will be displayed, including those that are Self-Administered or Third Party. Those that are set to "Not Show in Med Pass" will not be shown. 

The Recorded/Not Recorded toggle is your new solution for quickly adjusting parameters of your report, and the Variance column now aligns with this language. With this release's addition of the Product Type and Med Cart filters, you will be able to follow a more efficient pathway towards reconciling your medication data.

✨ Immunizations Entry: Additional Options✨

Improve your reporting and keep immunizations records as up-to-date as possible!

Whether updating an individual record in the immunizations and Tests section of a resident's profile or bulk recording vaccines in the Immunizations Center, you now have Unknown options when selecting a manufacturer for RSV and Shingles.

✨Community Tasks: Updated Workflows✨

The Community Tasks feature continues evolving to better serve more complex task-tracking needs!

The new Assigned To security role permission gives you the option to limit which staff will be listed as an option in your dropdown menu. This added flexibility allows you to curate your list of which staff members can be assigned to tasks. 

For tasks that may apply to multiple residents or assigned staff, you now have the option to duplicate tasks by simply clicking an icon next to an existing task and then editing it as needed to create a new task. This will limit the time and manual work required to create your tasks.

✨Community Dropdown Menus: Expanded Navigation✨

If you are a company or community administrator with multiple communities in ALIS, this one is for you!

Every community dropdown menu across ALIS has been upgraded to appear in alphabetical order and provides the option to Search for a specific community name. This includes any menu found within all Module components, Reports, and Settings.
