✨Service Plan: Addendums 2.0✨

Service Plan Addendums have continued to serve as a great way to add noninfluential Care and Billing services to a resident's established Service Plan without having to create an entirely new Evaluation.

Addendums 2.0 brings forth a revised version of the Addendum .PDF that is less redundant and shows a timeline of services added, edited, and ended.

When managing Evaluation and Service Plan Details, easily create an addendum with the new Create Addendum button, which now functions separately from the Edit Service Plan workflow.

Moving forward, users with access to managing addendums will also be prompted for confirmation if attempting to remove any addendum items.

✨Community Tasks: Lists & Other Updates✨

The Community Tasks feature provides a tool for community teams to internally document and manage other operational tasks that functions separately from resident charting. 

Our 9.4.1 Release included the ability to add comments on tasks as well as improved navigation throughout the Community Tasks page. 

Community Tasks features in this 9.5 Release:

The new Dashboard icon shows the total outstanding Community Tasks for the logged in user.

Configuring your view of tasks in the Tasks page was enhanced by adding a filter for the Completed Date. While this page will always show all incomplete tasks, you can now decide whether to view or hide any completed tasks within the filtered date range. 

Keep track of your individual tasks with the new Assigned to Me list on the Tasks page. Further organize your lists by task or shift types and assign any task to these customizable lists.
