Resident Profile - Occupancy
“Room Assignments” and “Room Assignment History” have been redesigned for easier usability and clarity across ALIS, with fewer buttons and clearer language.

We’ve also added a way to limit staff members from actioning on occupancy at all.
This “View Only” permission allows certain staff members to see resident occupancy data in the resident profile, but removes all button functionality from the “Room Assignment” and “Room Reservation” sections of Move in and Community Info.
Resident Monitoring
Multiple monitoring events can be set up for a resident at the same time.
Resident Profile Updates

There is a New Resident SSNs permission structure for users to view partial, view complete, or update SSNs on Resident Profiles.
Miscellaneous Enhancements

Observations can now be recorded with formatting options such as bold, italic, and bulleted lists.

The process of Transferring Resident Profiles between Communities will include Previously Applicable Compliance Items.

Items re-filed using Inbound Documents will be deleted from their original location.

Added bulk select options for residents by Product Type on Manage Orders, Community Contacts, and Associated Residents on Staff Profiles.

Mealtime Attendance now includes a filter for Product Type.

Residents > Contacts menu item is now labeled “Community Contacts”.

New Contact Types: Geriatric Care Manager and Elected Official.

New Quarantine Reasons: Norovirus Presumed, Norovirus Positive, Influenza Presumed, Influenza Positive.

For Resident Evaluations, the View Packet option will no longer include Care Plans if the Resident has a Draft Care Plan.

Settings > Pharmacy Audit History will log changes to the pharmacy Fax #s.
