Rent Roll

There are two new columns available to use in the Rent Roll, which can be helpful for communities that want to track any manual override changes to service plans:

• Pre-Override Care Fee - this is the “Target Rate” and will display the set rate for service plans.

  • “Care Fee” will continue to display the manual override fee, as current, so that billing staff can compare the two.

• Pre-Override Variance - this displays the difference between the Pre-Override Care Fee and the Care Fee, so billing staff can see losses or gains between the RET setting fees and override fees.

  • Care Level Fee - Pre-Override Care Fee = Pre-Override Variance
    
    

Transfer Credits
Billing staff may now transfer unapplied or partially applied credits from one resident to another, with a similar workflow to transferring security deposits and payments.

Bulk Invoice Download

After logging into ALIS Connect and accessing the “Billing” tab, payers will now have the ability to select an entire year’s worth of invoices to download at once, rather than downloading each invoice individually.

Improved Login Password Visibility

Logging into ALIS Connect now gives the option to see a typed-in password and warns users that their caps lock is on.

✨Coming Soon✨ Community Task Tracking

Users can Create tasks for themselves and other staff members, manage due dates, and hold staff members accountable.

Compliance Enhancements

• The Inbound Documents Compliance Item filing menu will no longer show Hidden or Previously Applicable items..

• New permission allows the restriction of the options to retire, copy, or delete Compliance Items. Contact us for more information and to update your Security Roles.

• Multiple versions of a Compliance Item will only show in one section of the resident profile: either in the main Compliance Documents section or in the Previously Applicable section.
