✨UPDATED TIME✨: ALIS 9.2 arrives Monday, October 28th, 2024 at 12 PM CT.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place on Monday, October 28th at noon. (Approximately 12 PM CT).

Occupancy Data Input Updates

The “Financial Move In” and “Room Assignment” dates in ALIS are more closely aligned, which can help users enter cleaner data into ALIS and improve accuracy in Occupancy Reports in ALIS and ALIS HQ.

• “Incoming” and “Applicant” pages now display both Physical and Financial Move-In dates in columns so that sales and community staff can better see at a glance when move-ins may occur.

• When assigning a room for the first time, the Financial Move In Date auto-populates to match the Room Assignment date.

• When moving in a new Applicant, users may update the Room Assignment Date, and any changes will auto-update the Financial Move In date.

Compliance in RET ✨Coming Soon!✨

• Resident Compliance Items will be available during the Evaluation Completion Process and can be included in the Evaluation/Service Plan/Care Plan Packets.

• This will make the compliance documents readily available for sub-assessments that need to be completed on specific state forms or have different reassessment schedules than the main RET Evaluation.

• Using the Advanced Rules in the RET builder settings can be used to set which items are available based on specific answer choices.

Incident Setting Updates

• The page will change from tabbed navigation to sections that can be scrolled between.

• The contents of the Communities and Incidents tabs to be combined as the primary settings table.

• Forms, Tasks, Locations, and Dropdowns settings to be accessed in sections further down the page.

Hidden Compliance Items

Items in the Previously Applicable section will all be visible and there will no longer be an option to hide compliance documents, making it easier for staff to locate historical compliance documents.

Hide Care Points on Service Plans

Care Points on service Plans can now be hidden.

• When turned off, care points will not show on resident Service Plan PDFs.

Consonus Pharmacy Integration Update

The Rx Parser will now first determine routine/PRN status based on HL7 TQ1 segments before relying on order instructions language.

App Store/Integrations

• Paycom Staff Sync

  • As new hires, terminations, and updates are performed in Paycom, ALIS updates the ALIS user accounts.

• Intacct Integration - improved logging for API integration

• App Store landing page redesigned with improved filtering and tags for visibility into app installs and usage.
