ALIS 9.1 arrives Monday, September 9th, 2024 at 12 AM CT.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 9/9 at approximately 12 AM CT.

Prospect Profile Updates

Sales Associates will have clearer context around when a prospect was contacted, what their stage was changed to and when, and view notes that were added about the prospect.

Update TB Tests

• More fields available to log TB test information for Residents and Staff

• TB tests and updated test KPIs can be found in the Immunizations Center

• TB Test information can also be found on Health Profile and Staff Roster reports.

Facesheet Enhancements

• Updates made to accommodate regulations in CO, PA, MD, and TX

• Notes fields can now be added to Facesheets

• New settings for Facesheets to include options to add additional information:

  • Current On Leave details

  • Place of birth

  • and more…

• New SSN settings for Facesheets

• New Setting to show Responsible Party on Facesheets

• New Contact tags for ‘Essential Caregiver’ and ‘Involuntary Discharge Contact’

New Occupancy Details Available for forms

Additional information can pull into Compliance forms related to resident occupancy details and level of care such as Financial Move-In Date, Room Rate, and more.

Drug Count Enhancements

When a refill is added, it will include a Time field that defaults to the current time. Going forward, the times of the refills will appear on the Transactions report.

App Store/Integrations

Microsoft Single Sign On

• Companies can now link their Microsoft identity provider to ALIS

• Users with an email address provisioned by their organization can link their ALIS account to Microsoft for SSO
