ALIS 9.0 arrives Monday, July 29th, 2024 at 12 AM CT.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 7/29 at approximately 12 AM CT.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

Audits for Draft Payments

• After saving draft payments in the Payment Center, you’ll be able to see audit logs for changes to Payer Type, Amount, Payment Method, and Received On date.

• In-progress draft payments will be visible on the Payment Center page.
  

Transferring Security Deposits

Compliance by Product Type

• Compliance Items can now be set to apply to specific Product Type.

• New Previously Applicable section on the Resident Profile will allow communities to retain access to items that have been completed for a resident if they no longer apply to their Product Type.

New importers in the import center include: Insurance Data, Billing Items, Credits.

Miscellaneous Enhancements

• The Nurse PRN Approvals feature requires your team to select an Approver whenever a PRN administration is documented. With this release, all staff with Nurse Security Roles will be Approvers by default for all of their associated communities.

• SFTP File Transfers will include a new option to encrypt outbound files using SSH.

Coming Soon ✨

• Our Caring.com integration will allow the option to automatically send prospect move-in notifications for any prospects received from Caring.com.

• Our Further integration will allow the option to automatically send prospect move-in notifications for any prospects received from Further’s Virtual Sales Assistant.
