ALIS 8.8 arrives Monday, June 10th, 2024 at 12 AM CT.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 6/10 at approximately 12am CT.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

Billing

Invoices Late Fees Enhancement

• Your team can set a minimum amount charged on an invoice before late fees are automatically applied.
• Late Fees only apply to Private Pay invoices generated going forward.
• Find these settings in Billing Settings or contact ALIS Support for assistance.

Users with access to manage resident payments can now transfer payments between residents within closed periods.

Care Tracking

New setting allows your team to make notes required when a Care Item is recorded as ‘Not Completed’ or ‘No’.

This can be activated in the Care Settings.

Default Prospect Scores

Communities can now change their default score from “Unspecified” to any score.

• When a default score is added, it will prefill for any prospect that is added via integration or manually added to ALIS.
• Your team will find a new option to Bulk Edit Prospect Scores from the Prospects page.

ALIS HQ Community Menu

This menu now includes Select All options and allows your team to select more than 45 communities at a time.

More Enhancements

• Facesheets can be added to your Records Requests in Company Settings. Contact ALIS Support for help updating your settings.

• When creating Engagement posts for ALIS Connect, your team will be required to specify if it is for all or individual residents. An enhancement will make this decision more obvious.

App Store/Integrations

• Our Active Demand integration includes a new endpoint to return all Prospect Tasks for a community.
• Our UKG integration will use gender from UKG staff file when syncing staff.

Bugs

• Fixes to the formatting of Prospect Story and Notes section of Applicant and Resident profiles.
• Fixes to issues related to resetting compliance dates.
• “View resident billing details” security permission will no longer allow users to post payments in ALIS.
• Resident statuses in the Billing Center will label residents marked On Leave as ‘Off Premise’.
• Fixes to the Unit Occupancy report so that the ‘Residents Assigned to Multiple Units’ section only shows residents with multiple room assignments that overlap by date.
