ALIS 8.7 arrives Monday, April 29th, 2024 at 12 AM CT.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 4/29 at approximately 12am CT.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

Payment Center Enhancements

New layout organizes the difference between ALISPay processing and Recordkeeping.

• Use ALISPay to collect ACH and Credit Card payments.
• Use the Recordkeeping options to record payments collected though an outside service, such as check deposits to your bank or ACH payments collected outside of ALIS.

Bulk Pay Enhancements:

• The payment details on Bulk Payment pages are enhanced to follow your navigation anywhere on the page.
• New ability to Export to Excel or PDF the information entered on Bulk Payment pages.
• You can save your Bulk Payment draft for later! By clicking Finish Later, you’ll be able to pick up where you left off next time. Contact us to enable this feature.

Resident Contacts on Evaluations and Service Plans

A new setting allows your team to add and edit contacts while working on resident evaluations and displays all contacts on the Evaluation and Service Plan PDFs.

Nurse PRN Approvals

You can set PRN administration to require the documentation of a nurse Approver and Approval Method. Contact us to turn this feature on for your community.

PAINAD Scale

For any medication with Check Pain Scale enabled, your med pass team will find the option to calculate the resident’s pain level using the PAINAD (Pain Assessment in Advanced Dementia) scale.

Records Requests

This feature allows your administrators to generate large amounts of historical data with minimal navigation. This can be a powerful tool for gathering records for state surveys and legal situations.

With this release, we have added features for receiving alerts, documenting consent to request the resident data, and more.

Monthly Weight Tracking and Variances

Monthly Weight Tracking helps your team record weights for residents who do not have weights recorded in the current month.

The new Variances tab on the Scheduled Vitals page will flag significant changes to resident weights. You can use this to ensure the weight change details and interventions are documented. Any missing weights for the month can also be recorded here.

More eMAR Enhancements 

• Your medications team will find the “Show in Med Pass” option unchecked by default when they set medications as Self-Administered.
• For orders on the Drug Count, it will be necessary to update the quantity to zero before your team can Disable Drug Counting.

More Enhancements

• Prospect Task Notes and Task Completion Notes will have higher character limits.
• Your organization will be able to add a disclaimer to Filled Care Tracking Sheets.
• When you export your Rent Roll to Excel, you’ll find a new option to view all communities in one combined sheet or as multiple sheets.
