This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 3/11 at approximately 12am CT.

E-Sign Physician Documents
This feature enables your nurses to organize a batch of POs for a physician. Then your community physician can log in to sign the batch.
We aim to:
- Give your physicians a faster and easier experience when they must sign POs each month.
- Reduce the need for your community to remind a physician to sign the POs.
- Make it easy to store and share POs from ALIS.

Standardized Diets
Your team will be able to select from a list of diet options for your residents instead of having to manually type their diet.
Enabling the Standardized Diets list also includes a Diet Notes field in case your team needs to add individualized details for a resident. Contact us to enable this feature!
CRM Enhancements
We are adding customizable fields to the Room & Move-In Details section of your Prospect profiles. Use this to create lists for your team to select from or add any question you routinely ask sales leads.
When you are creating or editing a prospect, you can click the Health & Move-In Details heading to update more information. This new section includes the Demographic Information, Health Profile, Room & Move-In Details (including new custom fields!), and Marketing Details sections of the Prospect Profile.
Lastly, emails sent from ALIS no longer have character limits!
Records Requests
This new feature allows your administrators to generate large amounts of historical data with minimal navigation and clicking. This can be a powerful tool for gathering records for state surveys and legal situations.

RET Forms
We are releasing the first phase of RET Forms, a feature that allows specific reports and forms to be filled in when your team completes Resident Evaluations.
Our next steps are to test this out with a roster report for Washington state.
