ALIS 8.1 arrives Monday, July 31st, 2023 at 12 AM CT.
This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 7/31 at approximately 12am CT.
Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.
Immunization Center
Replacing the COVID-19 Center is the Immunization Center, where your team will have more features to keep track of immunization records for residents and staff.
-
The Needs Attention tab shows Overdue Immunizations and Upcoming Immunizations.
-
The All Vaccines tab allows you to record and store all vaccine and booster doses in the same location. The Bulk Record and Bulk Schedule options here are optimized for community vaccine clinics.
Shorter, More Compact MARs
Your resident MARs will contain less resident and contact information at the top of each page, resulting in fewer pages overall.
This is a setting that can be changed per community, so please contact us if you’d like to keep the longer version of the MAR.
Med Cart Enhancements
Med Cart assignments will be required upon resident move-in, but automatically selected based on the room assignment. Contact us if you need help setting your Med Carts to your room assignments.
Daily Stand-Up Includes Calendar Events and Customization!
Administrators can select which high-priority details will display on the community Daily Stand-Up Report. This is done directly on the Daily Stand-Up page.
Calendar Events can now be set to display and print on the Daily Stand-Up.
Link Residents to Prospects
When your community uses the ALIS CRM, you can link your Applicant or Resident to a Prospect record using the Link to Prospect feature.
Your team may have created a separate record for the same person, and Link to Prospects helps connect your sales record to your active resident.
More Enhancements
-
Meds recorded in Pass Meds as Exceptions (any option except “Passed”) will default to 0 (zero) dose instead of the scheduled dose. The Dose Administered quantity impacts the Drug Count, and can be edited if needed.
- You will have a new option to schedule end dates on resident Care Items within their Care Plans.
- The Historical Census Report has new tabs with detailed views of occupancy data based on Product Type and Classification, and a Summary tab to see the occupancy counts for all Product Types and Classifications in one place.
- Applicant profiles can be transferred between communities. No longer do we need to move them in as Current Residents first!
- Improved menu when assigning specific residents for staff to access.
