ALIS 8.0 arrives Monday, June 12th, 2023 at 12 AM CT.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 6/12 at approximately 12am CT.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

New Resident Menu 

You’ll find a new menu on Resident Details pages to make it easier to navigate between residents.

ALIS CRM Enhancements

ALIS will alert you when potential prospect duplicates exist across any community at your organization!

• This alert is visible in ALIS when you view all prospects, and on the prospect profiles where you can review the potentially duplicate profiles.

• You can receive an alert to your email when a potential duplicate has been added.

There is a new setting for each of your Prospect Task Types to generate specific alerts when the tasks are created and completed. Receive these alerts directly to your email.

On the Prospect Tasks page, you can view your list of Reserved Units separately from Open Units.

ALIS Pay Improvements

Our split pay options will include dollar amounts and the ability to allocate balance remainders to specific payers.

Additionally, your team can pull payments through the gateway from the Resident Details pages. You will no longer be required to do this on the Payment Center page!

More Enhancements 

• You will have a new option to search for specific questions when you are completing a resident evaluation.

• The Alerts Center is getting a new look.

• We are adding a button to Export to Excel information on the Collections page.

• There will be new filing options for Inbound Documents: you can file the items as Miscellaneous Documents, file them for moved-out residents, and file them for discharged staff. Read this article to learn more about filing Inbound Documents.

In the near future ALIS will be able to sync staff time clock information and demographics to OnShift.
