ALIS 7.9 arrives Monday, April 17th, 2023 at 12 AM CT.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 4/17 at approximately 12am CT.

New Simplified MAR Print Setting

We’re introducing a new way to print your resident MARs with fewer pages!

With the new setting enabled, your MARs will contain less resident information on each page after the first. This will allow your MARs to be fewer pages overall, with each page containing a smaller amount of repeated information.

Evaluation and Service Plans Enhancements

With this release you will find:

• New Next and Back buttons to help you navigate between the sections of your resident Evaluations.

• Required questions will display more visibly and easier to find throughout the evaluation.

• The Start New Evaluation, Continue evaluations, and Sign evaluations buttons will display more prominently in the Evaluation Center.

We are also introducing a new setting to allow current Care Plan schedules to flow more easily into your updated Service Plans. Contact us to try this new feature!

Residency Agreements Enhancements

• The Residency Agreement Center will default to only load Current Residents with the ability to filter for Applicants and Moved Out Residents.

• Rate Increase Verifications, Rate Increase Overrides, and dates for Rate Increase Letters will create searchable audit records.

Enhancements to Processing Orders on the Pharmacies Page

• New options to sort the Pharmacies page by Last Updated Date or filter by Last Updated Date Range.

• Orders Discontinued on the Manage Orders page will only display Discontinue Order messages on the Pharmacies page with the option to Dismiss.

More Enhancements

• This release gives us the ability create Prospect Tasks in bulk that are scheduled for the future!

• The Medication List Report will include all sources of the Prescriber name associated with each order.
• The Resident Checklist will include additional checkbox options for completion of Resident Diet and Allergies fields and COVID test records.
