ALIS 7.8 arrives Monday, March 6th, 2023 at 12 AM CT.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 3/6 at approximately 12am CT.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

New Collections Page

On the Collections page you can email invoices and statements, and you can record collections tasks such as leaving voicemails and sending emails.

You can filter for accounts based on how long balances have been overdue and then record actions in bulk. We can also customize your options for the Collection Actions.

Customizable Incident Report Dropdowns

We can create custom dropdown menus for your team to complete when they start an Incident Report. These can be made required or optional.

Contact us to set up the new incident report dropdowns! These can be set up to fill in your incident report forms as well.

Email Compliance

With this release, you can email resident compliance documents directly from ALIS. This can save you an extra step when you need to send documents to resident families or doctors.

Limit Staff Access to Specific Residents

If you’d like your outside providers to access ALIS only for specific residents, we have a solution! We can set up a Security Role for these providers that only shows them the residents you specify.

More Enhancements

• On the Pharmacies page, the menu indicating the community and pharmacy will default to the community selection of the previous page.

• For external CRM integrations such as Welcome Home and A Place For Mom, we are introducing a new way to detect duplicate prospects.

• Small updates to the Facesheet will allow more information to fit on a single page.
