ALIS 7.7 arrives Monday, January 16th, 2023 at 12 AM CT.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 1/12 at approximately 12am CT.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

New Facesheets

Your resident Facesheets are getting a new look to improve the list of their contacts.

• Each contact will only appear once on the document, even if they have more than one label for the resident (e.g. Emergency, Power of Attorney, etc.).
• More contacts will fit on each page.
• You can also add a brief note for each contact!

Community Search

If you have access to a list of communities, you can type to search by Community Name.

The new Community Search will be available on these pages:

• Dashboard
• All Residents
• All Staff
• Pharmacies
• Invoices

Additional improvements and bug fixes

The ALIS Pay Bulk Payment page will now display an in-progress update while payments are still processing to prevent ambiguity.

The 'Tour Scheduled' alert will generate as expected when your team schedules the 'Tour of Community' task.

• Edit MAR pages will now include order labels such as Crush, Do Not Crush, Narcotic, etc.
• Adding residents for Monitoring on the Incident Report page will display as submitted without the need to refresh the page.
• Fixes to ordering Compliance Items.
• Fixes to Critical Observations on your Daily Standup report.

ALIS Go Updates

We have been busy working with communities like yours to Alpha-test our new offline med pass feature. Thank you to all of our Alpha testers! We are excited to make ALIS Go available to everyone soon.

Compliance Items will be made available for staff to complete on their My Account page!

We are adding a new tab to My Account that will include any items you need staff to access. This feature is customizable in your community's Staff Settings.

Upgrades to Pharmacy Integrations

Omnicare integrations will be upgraded to version 2.5. This will allow many Omnicare pharmacies to send Discontinue Order messages to ALIS.

ALIS has a new interface for PharMerica integrations.This is a direct integration between ALIS and PharMerica's software. The new interface allows us and our pharmacy partners to improve our support for your communities.
