ALIS 7.6 arrives Monday, December 5th, 2022 @12 AM CT.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 12/5 at approximately 12am CT.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

Required Incident Forms

We can set your Incident forms to be required before the reports can be completed! Attend a Release 7.6 webinar or contact us to set this up for your Incident forms.

More settings customization!

Contact us to update any of the following options throughout ALIS:

• Medications Exceptions list
• Prospect Scores
• Resident Monitoring Reasons, Interventions, and Monitoring End Reasons

Inbound Documents Enhancements

With this release we'll be able to manage specific email addresses that can send documents to ALIS. This will enhance the security of the feature and prevents spam.

More Improvements

• We can set specific questions to be re-answered every time you re-evaluate your residents.
• Evaluations will include a preview of Default Notes.
• MARs will now include order labels such as Crush, Do Not Crush, Narcotic, etc.

• The Prospect Task report will include a column for Prospect Source.
• The Move-In report will include a column for Prospect.
• The Rent Roll will include a column for Rent Recurring Charges to allow for easy comparison between prorated charges and standard recurring charges.

Coming soon

The Applicant Checklist will create a customizable checklist of resident profile details to be completed prior to move-in.

We are also adding a setting for you to schedule email reminders for staff prior to calendar events!
