1. If it is unexpected for the resident to show here because they are not at the building, verify their On Leave or Moved Out status.

- Click the resident's name to go to their resident's profile. Notice the status bar across the top above their photo. If this says On Premise in green, that might explain why their medications are showing on the Med Pass. - Click the Schedule Leave button. You can update the date and time of the Leave Start to the past if needed, and this will be reflected on Pass Meds and on their MAR.
- If the resident should be Moved Out, click the Move Out button to document their dates for move out and other pertinent details. For more information about moving out a resident, read this article: Moved Out Residents
2. If a resident's order is showing on Pass Meds at the incorrect time, verify the schedule details of the order.
- Go to the resident's Manage Orders page. If you have access to this, you can go to their resident profile and click the Manage Orders button below their photo.
- Here you can see each active order with a "Next Pass" statement below the name. If this date and time is not correct, click the Edit Routine button to adjust the schedule.
- When you return to Manage Orders for the resident, verify that the "Next Pass" statement is displaying the time you expect.
