ALIS makes it easy to send receipts to your payers via email, and you can also print them for hand-delivery or mail.
- On the resident's profile, find the document for which you need a receipt.
- To the right of the payment, credit, or refund, click the Options button and click Receipt.
- This will open a pop-up where you can choose to print the receipt, or email it to any payer.
After you have emailed a receipt to a payer, you will be able to check the status of that email in the Email Center.
There are a few ways to get there, and one easy way is to scroll to the top of the Billing section of a resident's profile and click the View Email Statuses button.
