The Resident Report Card allows you to quickly capture a variety of information about a resident. You can generate a custom PDF containing important resident data with just a few clicks!
You can find the Generate Report Card button below the resident's photo on their resident profile.
This is a document you can generate on a per-month basis with the flexibility to select specific sections to show on the document. The Report Card becomes an ideal solution for family members who request frequent updates on their loved one and/or state regulators that want to see information on a particular resident when visiting a community.
- Select the month for which you need to gather the information. If you need to cover multiple months, follow these steps for each month needed.
- Click the checkboxes for each set of information you want to include.
- Click Done! Your PDF should generate in your browser, and you can save this to your computer or print.
