The Resident Report Card is an ideal solution for family members who request frequent updates on their loved one and/or state regulators who want to see a set of information on a particular resident when visiting a community.
Viewing a Resident's Report Card
- To view a Resident's Report Card, start on the Resident's profile page.
- Below the resident's photo, click the Generate Report Card button
- In the popup that appears, select the Year and Month for which you want to generate the report card.
- Next, click the checkboxes for each set of information you would like included in the report card.
- Click Done. A new browser window will open and a PDF will be generated. Save and Print as needed.
